March–May and September–November are ideal — pleasant weather across most regions. Summers (June–Aug) can be hot in the north, while winters (Dec–Feb) are cooler in Hanoi and Halong Bay.

Indians need an e-Visa (valid for 30 days, single entry). Vietnam now requires digital arrival registration via the “Vietnam eTravel Card” app before boarding.
