Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/quarterly/annually) depending on the plan selected.
Users must ensure timely payment to continue enjoying uninterrupted services.
Subscription benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.
Booking and Packages
Travel packages curated under subscription are subject to availability.
Justrip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace package inclusions based on market conditions.
Any additional services beyond the subscription plan will be charged separately.
Cancellations and Refunds
Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are processed only in cases of service non-delivery or technical errors.
Partial refunds are not applicable for mid-cycle cancellations.
User Responsibilities
Subscribers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
Users are responsible for complying with visa, passport, and travel regulations.
Misuse of subscription benefits may lead to suspension or termination of services.
Agency Rights
Justrip reserves the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
Justrip is not liable for third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) but will assist in resolving disputes.
Privacy and Data

Justrip adheres to strict confidentiality and will not share personal data without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Justrip is not responsible for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions affecting travel.
Liability is limited to the value of the subscription plan purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
